The Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on Friday, the 21st March, 2025 through Audio/ Video Conference at 11.30 am wherein the following resolution as per notice dated 22nd February, 2025 have been declared and passed with requisite majority on e-voting (remote e-voting) provided by the company from Tuesday, the 18th March, 2025 (9.00 AM) to Thursday, the 20th March, 2025 (5.00 PM) and 15 minutes after EGM up to 12.00 noon on 21st March, 2025. The Consolidated Result as per the Scrutinizer’s report dated 22nd March 2025.
