Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Piramal Enterprises has informed that the name of Piramal Capital & Housing Finance, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has been changed from ‘Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited’ to ‘Piramal Finance Limited’ with effect from 22nd March 2025. This intimation is being submitted today, being the first working day after the receipt of the approval from Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
