In Continuation to letter dated February 20, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, The Ravalgaon Sugar Farm has informed that Maahi Amit Ahuja, Company Secretary (CS) & Compliance Officer (CO) and a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, vide her letter dated February 20, 2025, has tendered her resignation with effect from the close of business hours on March 21, 2025, due to personal reasons. She has confirmed that there are no reasons for her resignation other than those stated in her resignation letter.
