Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani New Industries (ANIL) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely Adani New Industries One (ANIOL). The intimation along with Certificate of Incorporation of the same was received by the company on March 24, 2025. The said WOS has been incorporated to carry on business of trading and supplying of all kinds of components, equipment and materials associated with / linked to Solar and Wind manufacturing including but not limited to solar panels, inverters, wind turbine, blades, and related equipment and to provide range of services.

Easy Trip Planners (EaseMyTrip) has received in-principle Board approval to acquire a 49% stake in Big Charter, a prominent player in India’s charter aviation sector. This move marks a significant step for EaseMyTrip into the rapidly expanding charter and non-scheduled aviation market, enabling the company to offer more personalized, premium, and flexible air travel options to a wider customer base. This strategic proposed acquisition strengthens EaseMyTrip’s position as a comprehensive travel provider, enabling the company to capitalize on high-margin segments like charter services and Non-Scheduled Operator Permit (NSOP) operations.

Pearl Global Industries has incorporated a Subsidiary Company, i.e. Pearl Knitting & Dyeing Industries in Bangladesh on March 23, 2025 to setup Knit Fabric Processing along with garment manufacturing facility.
