Waaree Energies has received approval from board of directors for establishment of an additional 1.6 GW Module manufacturing line at its unit situated at Brookshire, in the state of Texas, USA and setting up of additional module manufacturing lines with a Capacity of 3.2 GW at its plant in Navsari in the state of Gujarat.
The board of directors at its meeting held on March 25, 2025 has approved the same.
Waaree Energies is primarily engaged in the business of manufacture of Solar Photo-voltaic Modules, setting up of Projects in solar space and sale of electricity.
