Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has informed that the Assessment Unit, National Faceless Assessment Cell, Income Tax Department vide its Order dated March 24, 2025, has levied penalty on the Company under Section 270A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 for Assessment Year 2021-22. The Company is reviewing the Order and shall take appropriate action(s) for filing appeals and stay applications. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are enclosed as Annexure - I.
