Varun Beverages has informed that the Company has today acquired 14% of paid-up Equity Share Capital of Aspirative Creative Ventures (a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to supply solar power to consumers in the state of Uttar Pradesh) for obtaining solar power for captive consumption for our facility located in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh by investing Rs 2.24 Crore (Rupees Two Crore Twenty Four Lac only). The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 has already been submitted in earlier intimation dated April 10, 2024.
