Dishman Carbogen Amcis has raised Rs 50 crore through the allotment of 5,000 Rated, Listed, Senior, Secured, Redeemable, Taxable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs 1,00,000 each at par for cash, on private placement basis. The Management Committee of Board of Directors has at its meeting held on March 26, 2025 approved allotment of the same.
