The date of Board of Directors meeting for considering the Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025 of the financial year 2024-2025 shall be informed in due course of time. Accordingly all connected persons / designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
