Visaka Industries has informed that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has today, Wednesday, March 26, 2025, approved the appointment of Gaddam Vritika as Chief Business Strategist and Advisor to the Chairman, a Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from April 1, 2025. Details with respect to the said appointment as required under Regulation 30(6) read with Para A (7) of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are provided in Annexure I to this letter. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 09:20 Hrs and concluded at 09:35 Hrs.
