MP Agro Industries has informed that the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending March, 2025 will be considered and approved in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 in due course. In accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons of the Company will remain closed from 1st April, 2025 till 48 (Forty Eight) Hours after the declaration of said quarterly audited financial results.
