Andhra Cements has informed that in accordance with the Code for prevention of insider trading adopted by our company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading Window for the shares of our company will be closed from 1st April, 2025 till 48 hours after the date of the declaration of our audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025 after the approval by our Board at their meeting, the date of which will be fixed and intimated in due course. Accordingly, all the Directors, key management personnel, all the designated persons and other connected persons of our company have been advised not to enter in to any transactions involving the shares of the company during the above said Trading Window closure period.
