The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India has issued the Certificate of Incorporation on March 22, 2025. The said WOS is incorporated to carry on the business of Non-Banking Financial Services, Other financial service activities, except insurance and pension funding. The business of new WOS is in line with the main line business of the company.
