Fusion Finance has informed that, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and other applicable provisions, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the company shall be closed from March 27, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Standalone Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2025. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated to Exchanges separately in due course.
