Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (Code), Saurashtra Cement has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for the Designated Persons as per the Code with effect from today Thursday, 27th March, 2025 till 48 hours after the Declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2025. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons as per the Company's amended Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading are being informed not to deal in Equity Shares of the Company during the stated period as per the Code. However, the employees who have been granted options under Saurashtra Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017 (‘ESOS 2017’) can exercise options during the closure of Trading Window.
