Further, in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report for the financial year 2024 will be dispatched to the shareholders in due course.
