Murud and Turumbadi Tq. Mhasala in Raigad District on Revas-Redi Coastal Highway (MSH-04) in the State of Maharashtra on EPC Mode for consideration of Rs 1,09,25,000 (excluding GST). The Construction Period of the project is for a period of 36 months Defect Liability Period is of 24 Months. Declaration as per Section V-A of SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023, as modified by circular number SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure- A.
