Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code for Internal Procedures and Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading in dealing the Securities of the Company, RITES has informed that Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from April 1, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the year ending on March 31, 2025. All the designated persons and their immediate relatives are hereby advised to not to enter/ deal in any transaction involving sale or purchase of equity shares of the Company during the aforesaid period. The date of Board Meeting in which financial results would be considered shall be intimated in due course.
