In compliance with circular no. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 and circular no. NSE/CML/2018/24 dated 20th June 2018 issued by BSE and NSE respectively, Praveen Someshwar has affirmed that he is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
