Astec Lifesciences has raised Rs 49 crore through the allotment of 4,900 Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, to an eligible investor. The said NCDs is expected to be listed on National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). The Managing Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has on March 27, 2025 approved allotment of the same.
