SKM Egg Products Export (India) has informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for trading in Listed Securities, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors/connected persons/Designated persons of the Company from 1st April, 2025 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2025 to the Public. Accordingly, all Directors/connected Persons/Designated Persons of the Company are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
