UFM Industries has informed that pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report of trading by Designated Persons, read with Regulation 9 (Clause 4 of Schedule B) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) on and from 1st April 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2025.
