Steelman Telecom has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, KMPs, Promoters and Promoters group, Designated Employees, and Connected Persons with effect from 1st April, 2025 to till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year and Financial Year ending on 31st March, 2025. The date of the meeting of the Board at which Audited Financial Results are to be approved will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
