East West Freight Carriers has informed with reference to letter dated 21st February, 2025 through which had intimated that the Company has initiated the process of postal ballot (Postal Ballot) for seeking approval of the shareholders by way of ordinary /special resolutions in terms of the Postal Ballot Notice dated 14 February, 2025. The details of the Resolutions are enclosed. The remote e-voting process concluded on 26th March 2025 at 5:00 pm (IST), post which the Scrutinizer submitted his report on the results of the Postal Ballot. Based on the report of the Scrutinizer, they informed that the Shareholders of the Company have duly passed the above Resolutions with the requisite majority. In terms of Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations, the copy of the voting results along with the copy of the Scrutinizer’s Report is enclosed.
