Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with BSE Circular Ref. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 and in accordance with the Internal Code of Conduct, Permanent Magnets has informed that the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company by its Designated Persons shall be closed with effect from April 01, 2025. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and others who have come into the receipt of any insider information as to agenda of the meeting (either accidentally or otherwise) are hereby directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above. The same has been communicated to the Designated Persons in accordance with the above referred Code of Conduct. The trading window remains closed till 48 hours of the declaration of the Audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2025. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of the Audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
