Panafic Industrials has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Tuesday, 1st April, 2025 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2025. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in Company's shares / securities.
