Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in compliance with circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 issued by BSE and circular no. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 2, 2019 issued by National Stock Exchange of India, Avantel has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from April 1, 2025, till the expiry of Forty-Eight hours post declaration of the audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2025, for the Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and other Insiders of the Company as covered under the Company’s Code of Conduct. During the closure of trading window, insiders have been communicated not to deal in securities of the Company. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2025, will be intimated in due course of time.
