In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, as also pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015, as amended, Sumeru Industries has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday the 1st April 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement / declaration of audited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st March 2025. A separate email is being sent to all promoters/ Directors/ KMP and their relatives and all other relevant persons who are deemed to have access to UPSI, as per requirements of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Regulations) as amended up to the date.
