Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Medi Assist Healthcare Services has informed that it enclosed a copy of the postal ballot notice (‘Notice’) dated March 25, 2025, seeking approval of the Members of the company, by way of remote e-voting process, for the following special resolution: Appointment of Ashwin Raghav (DIN: 10908920) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. In accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (‘MCA Circulars’), the Notice indicating, the process and manner of remote e-voting, is being sent only through electronic mode to the Members whose names appear on the Register of Members / List of Beneficial Owners as on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 (‘cut-off date’) received from the Depositories and whose email address are registered with the Company / Depositories. The Company has engaged the services of MUFG Intime India (formerly known as Link Intime India), Registrar and Transfer Agent (‘MUFG/RTA’) for the purpose of providing remote e-voting facility to all its Members. The e-voting period commences on Tuesday, April 01, 2025 from 9.00 am (IST) and ends on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 5.00 pm (IST).
