Kretto Syscon has informed that pursuant to the applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended and the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2025 till end of 48 hours from the submission of financial result for the quarter ended 31st March, 2025. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
