SMS Pharmaceuticals has informed that, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with the relevant circulars issued by BSE and National Stock Exchange of India and company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from 01st April, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025. The date of Board Meeting for the consideration of financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025 shall be intimated in due course of time.
