Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR Regulations’), Panacea Biotec has informed that Sunil Anand, Associate Director - Finance & Corporate Affairs of the Company, designated as Senior Management Personnel, has superannuated from the services of the Company on March 31, 2025 after having served the Company as a Whole-time Director / Associate Director for over two decades. Consequently, Sunil Anand has ceased to be a Senior Management Personnel on March 31, 2025. Since the above change in Senior Management Personnel is due to superannuation, the requirement for the Resignation Letter is not applicable in this case. The Management of the Company express deep appreciation and gratitude to the aforesaid senior management personnel for his extensive contribution and guidance towards the business growth of the Company, during his long association with the Company. The details required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations read along with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed as Annexure - A.
