Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) read with Para A of Part A of schedule III to the said regulations and SEBI Circular dated September 09, 2015, Kiduja India has informed that Samir Sheoduttrai Sanghai (DIN: 02469690) has completed his term of 5 years as an Independent Director of the Company on 31st March 2025. Consequently, he ceased to be a Director of the Company and Chairman/Member of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee & Stakeholders Committee with effect from the closure of business hours on 31st March 2025. The Company wishes to express its heartfelt gratitude and sincere appreciation for the valuable contribution and guidance provided by Samir Sheoduttrai Sanghai during his association as an Independent Director of the Company.
