Allcargo Logistics inches up as its arm acquires additional 10% stake in Ecu Worldwide (Japan)

Allcargo Logistics is currently trading at Rs. 30.10, up by 0.02 points or 0.07% from its previous closing of Rs. 30.08 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 29.83 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 30.55 and Rs. 29.68 respectively. So far 144200 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 78.91 on 03-Apr-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 28.46 on 28-Mar-2025.

Allcargo Logistics’ Wholly owned subsidiary -- Ecuhold N.V. has acquired additional 10% stake in Ecu Worldwide (Japan), effective from March 31, 2025. Pursuant to the acquisition, Ecuhold N.V. now holds 100% stake in Ecu Worldwide (Japan). The cost of acquisition of further 10% stake is $220,000. With this acquisition, the company aims to expand its FCL and LCL business in a key market through a strategic partnership with a capable and synergistic partner.
