Netweb Technologies, GMR Airports and Premier Energies to see some action today

Netweb Technologies has received an incentive of Rs 5.94 crore under the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme 2.0 for IT Hardware for the period from July 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024. This approval underscores Netweb Technologies’ contribution in advancing India’s high-end computing manufacturing capabilities by providing world-class in-house design, SMT and production facilities, which are already in use for producing some of the world’s most powerful systems attached with comprehensive solutions’ ecosystem, aligning with the government’s vision of ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ (Self-Reliant India).

GMR Airports has raised Rs 400 crore through the allotment of 40,000 5% coupon INR denominated, Listed, Unsecured, Rated, Redeemable Non-Convertible Bonds (NCBs) of face value of Rs 1 lakh each, on private placement basis having tenure of 36 months from the date of allotment i.e., April 03, 2025. The Coupon shall be payable annually until the date of redemption. The NCBs do not carry any special right/interest/privileges. The NCBs shall be redeemed on maturity at a redemption premium as per the terms of the NCBs. The NCBs will be listed on BSE. The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held on April 03, 2025, has allotted the same. 

Premier Energies has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary by name Premier-Green Aluminium (PGAPL). The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India has issued the Certificate of Incorporation on April 03, 2025. PGAPL has been incorporated with the main object of manufacturing, processing, and extruding aluminum and its alloys into various products for captive consumption. 

Torrent Power’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Torrent Green Energy (TGEPL) has incorporated Wholly Owned Subsidiary namely Torrent Urja 38 (TU38) and received Certificate of Incorporation on April 03, 2025. TU38 is incorporated with object to carry on the business of manufacture, process, produce, assemble, alter, purchase, refine, treat, reduce, distil, blend, purify, store, hold, transport, use, experiment with, supply, sell, import, export, trade and generally deal in hydrogen, its by-products and/or its derivatives like ammonia, chemicals, compressed natural gas and mineral substances and Generation, transmission, distribution, purchase, procurement, sale, trading, import, export, storage of power, Hydrogen and/or its derivatives like ammonia or otherwise deal in all forms of non-conventional, renewable, green, hydro power, or any other sources of energy including electrical power and energy in all aspects.

DEE Development Engineers has bagged a Purchase Order from a New Customer for Supply of pre-fabricated Carbon, Alloy & Stainless-Steel Piping Items for Thermal Power Station. Broad consideration or size of the order(s)/contract(s) is around Rs 55 crore.  

Jupiter Wagons’ subsidiary -- Jupiter Tatravagonka Railwheel Factory (JTRF) has successfully secured land in Haldiapada, Khordha, Odisha, for its upcoming Railwheel & Axle forging plant. This marks a major milestone in the company’s expansion plans, reinforcing Odisha’s position as a strategic hub for high-tech industrial manufacturing. Notably, JTRF is the first railway heavy engineering industry in Odisha in the private sector.

Ami Organics has commissioned its 10.8 MW DC solar power plant - a significant milestone in its journey toward sustainability and energy independence. The solar facility, located at Pratapnagar, Nandod, Narmada District, Gujarat, India, comprises two captive solar plants, each with a capacity of 5.4 MW.
