Ideaforge Technology has informed that with reference to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018, initial disclosure for fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities and Disclosure and compliances thereof by Large Entities. In this context, it submitted that the Company does not fall under Large Corporate category as on March 31, 2025, as per the framework mentioned in the aforesaid circular. Further, it enclosed Annexure-A as required under the aforesaid circular.
