Sun Pharma, Delhivery and IndusInd Bank to see some action today

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries has launched Fexuprazan tablets 40 mg in India under the brand name 'FEXUCLUE'. FEXUCLUE, a novel potassium-competitive acid blocker (PCAB), is approved as a new treatment for adults with Erosive Esophagitis of all grades. Sun Pharma has obtained rights from Daewoong Pharmaceutical Co, Korea, a biopharmaceutical company, to manufacture and commercialise FEXUCLUE (Fexuprazan) in India. As per agreement terms, Daewoong will be entitled to upfront and milestone payments, including royalties.

Delhivery has inked a definitive agreement to acquire a controlling stake in Ecom Express for a cash consideration of around Rs 1,400 crore from its shareholders. Post completion of said acquisition, Ecom Express will become a subsidiary of the company. The completion of the transaction is subject to approval from the Competition Commission of India, and customary closing conditions.

IndusInd Bank’s net advances stood at Rs 3,47,933 crore (provisional) as of March 31, 2025 (Q4FY25), posting a 1.4% marginal rise in year-on-year (YoY) terms against Rs 3,43,298 crore as of March 31, 2024. Total deposits grew 6.8% to Rs 4,11,140 crore (provisional) as of March 31, 2025, as compared to Rs 3,84,793 crore as of March 31, 2024. Godrej Properties has entered into an agreement for development of a prime land parcel in Versova, Mumbai. This project is estimated to have a developable potential of around 4.4 lakh square feet of saleable area, comprising primarily of premium residential development of various configurations, with an estimated revenue potential of around Rs 1,350 crore.
