Bajaj Healthcare has successfully acquired Genrx Pharmaceuticals (in Liquidation) as a going concern, as per the Sale Certificate dated April 4, 2025, issued by the Official Liquidator. The acquisition, valued at Rs 10.85 crore through a cash consideration, involves 100% control of the target entity.
Bajaj Healthcare mainly focuses on development, manufacturing and supply of Amino Acids, Nutritional Supplements and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for Pharmaceutical, Nutraceuticals and Food industries.
