Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, EPACK Durable has informed that Kailash Chandra Jain (DIN: 08874667), has tendered his resignation from the position of Independent Director of the Company, with effect from April 06, 2025, due to his pre-occupation and various other commitments. Consequently, he shall also cease to be a Member of the Risk Management Committee of the Company. Jain has confirmed that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than as mentioned in his letter. The relevant details regarding resignation of Kailash Chandra Jain, in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure A.
