Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 (‘SEBI Circular’) read with BSE Circulars issued from time to time regarding fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities, Atishay has informed that the company does not fall under the category of a ‘Large Corporate’ as per the applicability criteria outlined in Chapter XII (Fund Raising by Issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporates) of the SEBI Circular. Accordingly, the company has confirmed that the disclosure and compliance requirements prescribed under the aforesaid SEBI Circular are not applicable to the Company.
