NBCC (India), NTPC Green Energy and Bodhitree Multimedia to see some action today

NBCC (India) has secured work order worth around Rs 120.90 crore (excluding GST). Out of Rs 120.90 crore, the company has received order worth Rs 46.69 crore for Construction of Multistoried building to accommodate six Courts including XI Additional District Court at Gudivada, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh. The order of Rs 72.17 crore secured for construction of 14 Court building complex at Bhimavaram in West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh and order worth Rs 2.04 crore received for Upgradation/Renovation work on 5th floor of TEC Building, Khurshid Lal Bhawan, Janpath, New Delhi. The aforesaid work is in the normal course of business of the Company. 

NTPC-Mahapreit Green Energy has been incorporated as 74:26 joint venture of NTPC Green Energy (NGEL) and Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Technology (MAHAPREIT). NTPC-MAHAPREIT Green Energy will be engaged in the business of developing, operating and maintaining Renewable Energy Parks including UMREPP/ RE Projects comprising of Solar/Wind/Hybrid with or without Storage up to 10 GW capacities in Maharashtra and any other state in India.

Bodhitree Multimedia has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of Rs 500 crore with the Government of Assam on February 26, 2025 to establish a Global Media, and Cultural Hub in Guwahati. This strategic partnership will transform Guwahati into a vital centre for film, television, and cultural activities, significantly enhancing Assam's global profile. The upcoming hub is set to drive economic growth, create jobs, and boost tourism. Bodhitree Multimedia is committed to strengthening India’s position as a global production hub, with this project marking its second major production facility in the country.

Kranti Industries has received purchase order (Sample Order) on April 08, 2025 from a new customer named as ‘Bonfiglioli Transmission’ which empowers the company to enter into new product segment for the development of Industrial Machine Parts (Heavy Duty Gearbox). 

Wockhardt Bio AG, a subsidiary of Wockhardt, has incorporated a new Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Ireland by the name Wockhardt Antibiotics (Ireland). Consequent to the incorporation, Wockhardt Antibiotics (Ireland) has become a Step-Down Subsidiary of the Company. Objects of Wockhardt Antibiotics (Ireland) are in line with the main objects of the company and the new entity will help to channelize the company’s antibiotic products across European Union.

Keystone Realtors has achieved marginal growth in pre-sales to Rs 854 crore in Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 843 crore in Q4FY24. In Q3FY25, pre-sales stood at Rs 863 crore. Its collection stood at Rs 746 crore in Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 670 crore in Q4FY24, showing a growth of 11% YoY basis. During Q4FY25, company has completed 2 RERA projects (Parishram at Pali Hill and Wing K at Global City Virar) with total construction area of 0.26 mn sqft. With this, the company has completed 5 projects with a total construction area of 0.72 mn sqft.

Zuari Industries’ wholly-owned subsidiary -- Zuari Infraworld India (Zuari Infra) has entered into Binding Term Sheet with Texmaco Rail & Engineering (Texmaco) a related party of the company to act as Development Manager (DM) to provide development management services for the overall development for mixed use development project at Texamco’s land located at Agarpara Mouza, Barrackpore - 2 Block, 24 Parganas (North), West Bengal.
