Wockhardt’s subsidiary -- Wockhardt Bio AG has incorporated a new Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Ireland by the name Wockhardt Antibiotics (Ireland). Consequent to the incorporation, Wockhardt Antibiotics (Ireland) has become a Step-Down Subsidiary of the company. Objects of Wockhardt Antibiotics (Ireland) are in line with the main objects of the company and the new entity will help to channelize the company’s antibiotic products across European Union.
