In terms of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers has informed that the Company has received a Letter of Award on 08 Apr 2025, for the Construction and Delivery of two Coastal Research Vessel for the Geological Survey of India. The details of the Order/ Contract are enclosed. The Company will execute the contract with the Geological survey of India in due course, and the same will be duly intimated to the Stock Exchanges, later on.
