In line with the corporate disclosure requirement under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Housing and Urban Development Corporation has informed that Central Board of Direct Taxes, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance vide Notification No. S.O. 1644(E) dated 7th April, 2025, has permitted the company (HUDCO) to issue Capital Gain Tax Exemption bonds under Section 54EC of the Income-tax Act, 1961 with effect from 1st April, 2025.
