According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 137.58 crore in index futures and options segments as per Wednesday’s data, August 21, 2013.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 198.84 crore and they sold index options worth Rs 336.42 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 1405.61 crore, while they also bought stock options worth Rs 18.35 crore.
