Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems has informed that the Board of Directors have accorded their approval for shifting the Second Factory Unit (Unit-II) presently situated at SF No. 157/1, Sadaikutti Ayyan Thottam, Annur Road, Pachapalayam Village, Coimbatore - 641107, Tamilnadu (leased premises) to the new address at S.F. No. 156/2B and 156/3, Neelambur Village, Avinashi Road, Muthugoundenpudur Panchayat, Sulur Taluk, Arasur, Coimbatore District- 641407, Tamilnadu (leased premises) due to administrative and operational requirements of the Company. The proposal for shifting the Unit -II was approved by the Board of Directors vide circulation of resolution on 11.04.2025. The proposed Unit -II premises measures around 43693 square feet. The expenses to be incurred for the shifting I setting up of Unit -II at new address is to be met from the internal accruals of the Company. There is no additional production capacity of the Company as a whole. The Company shall inform upon the commencement of operations at the Unit - II at new address.
