There has been no request received from members of the Company for rematerialiasation during the fourth quarter and the Year ended on 31st March, 2025. A certificate was received from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent Bigshare Services under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depository and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is also enclosed.
