Cupid Breweries and Distilleries has received approval for acquisition of 97.83% stake in Crochet Industries (CIPL) through equity investment. The acquisition of Crochet Industries will help Cupid Breweries and Distilleries in achieving control on the business of manufacturing IMFL and breweries which will benefit all the stakeholders associated with the Company including shareholders at large. The Board of Directors at their meetings held on April 11, 2025 has approved the same.
