Ahluwalia Contracts (India) has secured an order worth Rs 396.50 crore (Excluding GST) from M/s Godrej Properties. The order is for core and shell works of sub & super structure for all the towers (T1, T2, T3 & T4) including NTA, club & retail, boundary wall, RWH, waterproofing & LPS works at Godrej Riverine, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The order is to be executed within 25 months.

Sasken Technologies has completed acquisition of BORQS International Holding Corp on April 8, 2025. This follows the announcement made on November 09, 2024, by the Company of its intent to acquire ODM and software services business of Borqs Technologies, Inc. (Borqs). This collaboration will expedite the company’s Chip-to-Cognition journey by integrating specialized design skills at scale and complementing existing investments in semiconductors, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.

Cyient has been awarded a strategic contract to support Green H Bodo in the development and execution of its hydrogen production and distribution facility at Langstranda in Bodo, Norway. Nibe’s Subsidiary -- Nibe Space has received the approval for registration with IN-SPACe for operations as a ‘Data Disseminator’ for the dissemination of Earth Observation (EO) data pertaining to Indian Territory with a Ground Sampling Distance (GSD) greater than 30 cm. This registration marks a crucial step for Nibe Space to contribute in India’s growing space ecosystem by facilitating the controlled and compliant distribution of EO data. HEC Infra Projects has received work order worth Rs 9.62 crore from MIS Blue pine energy. This project is for the EPC supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 66KV Double circuit T/line on double circuit tower along with U/G cable of length 12 km. The order is to be executed within 3 months.
