Poonawalla Fincorp has received approval for issuance of secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each for an amount aggregating up to Rs 1,875 crore in dematerialized form, through private placement. The Finance Committee, as authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company had approved the same on April 15, 2025.
